We love simple, natural healing! We've created a natural vapor chest rub for cold and flu season. Mild enough to use to children but strong enough to open the sinuses and allow for deep, invigorating breaths, this rub is created using vitamin-rich carrier oils, menthol crystals, and stimulating essential oils that will benefit anyone with a stuffy head, headache, or trouble sleeping.
Vapor rubs are typically used on the chest, back, and throat to help with symptoms of the common cold and minor aches and pains of the muscle. During cold and congestion season, our respiratory system is working overtime to rid our body of invading microbes, bacteria, dust, etc. that are captured by tiny hairs and mucus that line the nose and passageways to the lungs. From there, these particles are coughed or sneezed out or swallowed and disposed by the body. Consuming over-the-counter decongestant meds basically prevents the body from utilizing this line of defense.
Our herbal body care remedies and soothing salves are made from infused oils and wildcrafted herbs. Handcrafted with minimal ingredients and absolutely no fillers, toxic chemicals, or harmful preservatives. Created in small batches, oils are made to infuse slowly for months for maximum potency.

OUR STANCE:
We began producing our own natural skincare items because we were sick of using chemical filled, toxic ingredients on ourselves and our young children. Now every health and skincare item at Well Nurtured is made using only simple, natural ingredients. Every batch of soap, serum, salve, balm, shampoo, and perfume is handmade, beginning to end, in small batches, using natural oils and ingredients (no pre-made bases, fragrances, fillers, or preservatives) and every tincture is made by slowly infusing organically grown, handpicked herbs (many of which are from our own home) in alcohol for maximum potency.
